Terms of Service
These terms set the conditions for using justdrop (justdrop.party, the “Service”), provided by the justdrop operator (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
justdrop is a directory of things made with AI. Paste a link, no sign-up, and it's listed right away. There are no accounts and no file uploads. You can comment anonymously, but comments can't contain links.
Dropping links, likes, comments, and posts are free. The feed and detail pages may show ad cards labeled “Sponsored”.
2. Links you can drop
You can drop public links to apps, websites, extensions, games, GPTs, bots, repositories, music, videos, writing, and art made with or using AI. Only http and https URLs are accepted. Private addresses, IP addresses, and blocked domains are rejected, and short links are saved as their final URL.
A link that's already listed won't be added again; you'll be sent to the existing drop. Each person can drop only a limited number of links per hour and per day.
3. What's not allowed
You may not post links, comments, or posts that: - contain malware or phishing, or lead to fraud - break the law or help others break it - infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights - are adult or obscene - are spam, repeated content, or ad flooding - expose someone else's personal information - harass others or promote hate
You also may not use automated tools to get around limits or the bot check, or put excessive load on the Service.
4. Linked content and responsibility
justdrop keeps only the link and summary info such as the title, description, and thumbnail. The linked apps, sites, and works belong to their creators, and the creators and hosting sites are responsible for their content, safety, and operation. The Operator doesn't review or endorse linked content in advance.
Titles, descriptions, and thumbnails are pulled automatically from information the linked page makes public. Rights holders can request removal at any time. If you drop a link, it's your responsibility to make sure it's okay to share.
Money and transactions through tip links (outside support sites) have nothing to do with justdrop.
5. Owner key
You edit and delete a drop with the owner key shown once when you drop it. If you lose it, it can't be recovered.
Anyone with the owner key can edit the drop's title, description, category, made-with tool, and tip link, and delete the drop and its comments. Don't share it. The Operator doesn't store the owner key itself, so it can't show it again or issue a new one, and it will never ask for your owner key by email or any other way.
6. Comments and posts
Comments and board posts are anonymous, with no sign-up. A name is optional. Text only, and links to outside sites aren't allowed (board posts may link to justdrop drops only). A bot check and posting limits apply.
Authors can delete only from the browser they used. Board posts can also be edited from that browser; comments can't be edited. If you clear cookies or switch browsers, you won't be able to edit or delete, so email wdh1105@kakao.com instead. Drop owners can delete comments on their drops, and post authors can delete comments on their posts.
You keep the rights to your comments and posts. By posting, you allow the Operator to store and display them as needed to run the Service.
7. Hiding and removal requests
There's no report button. To flag a problem link, email the address on the Removal Requests page. An admin will review it and hide or remove it.
The Operator may, without prior notice, hide or remove drops, comments, or posts that break these terms or the law, or are likely to, and may block their domains. Links flagged as dangerous by automated checks may be hidden immediately.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided as is. The Operator doesn't guarantee that it will run without interruption, that linked content is accurate or safe, or that anything you post will be kept. The Operator may change or stop all or part of the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator isn't liable for the following, except for damage caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence: - damage caused by linked outside sites, apps, or files - disputes between users, or between users and third parties - damage from losing or sharing your owner key - damage from events beyond the Operator's control, such as natural disasters or outages at service providers
10. Changes to these terms
The Operator may change these terms when needed. Before changes take effect, the Operator will post what changed and the effective date on this page. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you agree to the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the Service will be resolved in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea. These terms are provided in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese; if the versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
