Removal Requests
There's no report button on the site. If you've seen a spam, malicious, illegal, or copyright-infringing link or post, email us the drop or post URL and the reason.
Copyright and removal requests
Send them to wdh1105@kakao.com. This email is the only place we accept removal and rights requests.
What to include
- The URL of the drop or post. For a comment, the URL of the page it's on, plus the comment's tag and text - The reason: which rule or right is violated, and how - For rights claims, proof that you hold the rights (original URL, registration, etc.), and if you're acting for someone, proof that you're authorized - An email address for our reply
Don't include an owner key in your email. The Operator will never ask for it.
How we handle it
1. We receive your email (drop or post URL, reason) 2. An admin temporarily hides the item 3. After review, we remove or restore it 4. We reply to you
We aim to decide within 48 hours of receiving a request. If a link is confirmed malicious, we block its domain so it can't be dropped again.
Counter-notice
If you think a drop or post was hidden or removed unfairly, send a counter-notice to wdh1105@kakao.com with: - the drop or post URL - why you think it's unfair, with evidence (proof you made it, permission to use, etc.) - an email address for our reply
The Operator will review the counter-notice together with the original request, decide whether to restore the item, and reply. If needed, we may tell the original requester that a counter-notice was filed. Where the law sets a procedure, we follow it.

We use the email address and contents of your request only to handle it and reply. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
